For all authors, there are projects that do not come to fruition and so also for me. As I wish to offer a complete account of my writings, including draft works and proposals, I will begin a separate series here. In the case of this book, it was a commissioned company history for which I was paid, but that was not published, presumably due to a change in direction of the company.
